Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz 2019
Bin 28 offers a showcase of warm climate Australian shiraz – ripe, robust and generously flavoured. First made in 1959, Bin 28 was original named after the famous Barossa Valley Kalimna vineyard purchased by Penfolds in 1945 and from which the wine was originally sourced. Today, Bin 28 is a multi-region, multi-vineyard blend, with the Barossa Valley always well represented. Deep, dense cherry-black colour. Dark and brooding, the blackberry fruits and black olive tapenade nose seques to dark berry, fig and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. Peak drinking: Now - 2040.

Reschke Bull Trader Cabernet Sauvignon
The Reschke history and its close relationship with Coonawarra began in 1906 with the establishment of a prime Hereford stud in the heart of the region. It is this cattle grazing heritage that is reflected in the Reschke bull logo, and the names of the premium Reschke wines. This Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with a rich supple texture. The blackcurrant and classic dark fruit characters are nicely integrated with the spicy French oak characters. The lengthy palate delivers a seamless wine with depth and generosity. A super dark and chocolaty varietal offering plenty of cellaring potential. Powerful spicy fruit aromas and elegant mouth filling cassis flavours with a drying finish.

Penfolds Max's Cabernet Sauvignon
Penfolds Max's Cabernet Sauvignon is a regional blend that gives the wine a fuller more intense mouthfeel. It has rich blackcurrant and toffee-apple like aromas on the nose, followed by dense savoury varietal fruits on the palate. Tannins are firm with subtle oaks leading to a long finish.
