Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky pinot noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. It's medium bodied but still very generous for pinot noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.
