Grant Burge gb11 rose 2017 shows vibrant aromas of strawberry and citrus spice.
The palate is dominated by fresh strawberry and red berry fruits. With its
creamy mouthfeel and crisp finish, it is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif,
or with Asian curries as well as fresh seafood.
This wine is best drunk in it's youth, the nose is fresh and bright and
inviting with juicy notes of stone fruit and strawberry. The palate is elegant
and balanced with hints of creamy citrus you will want to go back for more.
Picked early with sufficient ripeness to deliver berry fruit character with a
fine natural acidity. Lifted, vibrant red berry and raspberry like fruit with
white flowers, rose petal and subtle dark spice. The wine feels light in the
mouth yet is so full of flavour it seemingly lasts forever.
