The palate delivers what the bouquet promises; citrus fruits, fig and melon
flavours along with a clean, mineral acidity and a touch of lemon zest.
Texturally, it is delicate, with a creamy mid palate & integrated oak. The
Clare Valley parcel delivers mid palate fleshiness whilst the Margaret River
component contributes restrained green fruit notes that are typical of this
region. Overall, the wine has a great palate line & length which lingers long
after the wine is consumed.
The Napa Cellars 2016 Chardonnay displays the classic Napa Valley Chardonnay
Characteristics indicative of this region. Aromas of peach, bright apple and
graham cracker excite the senses. Flavours of pear, creme fraiche and pie crust
are complemented by a creamy texture with balance acidity and a nice, lingering
finish of creme brulee and white peach. This is the perfect wine to pair with
a camembert French cheese plate drizzled with local honey and almond halves, or
with panna cotta topped with fresh berries for dessert.
It's pristine and elegantly fragrant on the nose showing granny smith apple,
pear, lemon peel and blossom aromas. The palate is equally attractive with
youthful fruit flavours and silky texture, finishing linear and mouth-watering.

Winemaking aimed to emphasise the vineyards and amplify our wonderful fruit.
Following a gentle pressing, we started with carefully selected yeasts added to
the juice to start fermentation. These yeasts were chosen to help build
texture, weight and aromatics. Parcels of fruit were batch fermented with
fermentation stopped when the perfect balance of natural sweetness and classic
Marlborough acidity was achieved.
Classically opaque with tinges of yellow and green. The lifted aromatics on the
nose showcase lemon and grapefruit with cut grass, fresh garden herbs and
subtle tropical fruit in support.The wine is flavoursome and vital carried long
with fresh bracing acidity. Perfect with some goats cheese and pesto crostini.
Kina is the Maori name for the native New Zealand sea urchin which is found amidst the
shallow waters all around the coast. Much like the Kina, this sauvignon blanc
is also sought after, very identifiable and typically antipodean.
This classic little ditty is made up of 92% Semillon and 8% Sauvignon Blanc,
there's lemon and tropical fruit flavours backed by a generous body thanks to
maturing on lees. The wine is excellently structured and finishes crisp with an
excellent acid backbone.
